Backup & Restore Octopus POS
How to backup and restore Octopus POS
Backup Octopus POS- Connect iPad to a computer
- Open iTunes on the computer and go to Apps > File Sharing section Select the correct application - (FoodPOS or Retail Point of Sales)
- Select the data in the Apps Document Folder
- Save the data into your computer
- First backup current files (follow the steps above)
- Delete the content of the Document Folder of the app
- Add the backed up content that you want to restore back into Apps Document Folder
- Restart the application
